For whom is the SOS-System?

The SOS-System is for everyone who wants to be able to defend himself/herself in conflict situations or emergencies. Keep in mind that an emergency is a situation where you want to yell SOS or in other words HELP!

What is defensibility training?

Increasing your self-confidence is the most important in the training. The participant learns to use physical, verbal and mental techniques to defend himself/herself. Also you practice confronting situations and the streamlining of emotions. The training sessions are short and consist of complete courses.

For whom is the training suited?

In our opinion the training is well suited for people who work in community centers, newspaper delivery, mail delivery, store personnel, etc.
If you are bothered on the street or worse you get robbed on the street. What will you do? How will you react? What can you do, but most importantly what can´t you do?

During the training sessions you will learn simple, but effective ways to react to these kinds of situations.

We also provide training for individuals as well as for companies. These are setup to your individual or your company’s needs.
This way we want to give everybody the chance to feel safe in every kind of conflict situation.

Where is the training and who teaches ?

The training is on Thursday evening from 19.30 hour until 21.00 hour at the Cesar Frankrode 60 in Zoetermeer. The training will be given by Chris Dekker and Freddy van der Garde.
