Seminar "Baton, Police-stick, and Tonfa"

On (date will follow) there will be a seminar about Baton, Police-stick, and Tonfa. You will learn drills and techniques with the Baton, Police-stick, and Tonfa.

This seminar is for everybody.
The seminar starts at 10:00 hours and ends on 13:00 hours. The seminar will take place at the Steeneikzoom 3 in Zoetermeer.
The cost is € 30,- and for NFK members it will be € 25,-

Knife Fighting Seminar

On (date will follow) there will be a seminar about Knife Fighting. You will learn to defend yourself and how to attack with aknife. This is because you can defend yourself only if you know what kind of attacks you can expect.
Chris will show the difference between several different systems he has trained himself.
The deifferent systems are:
  1. Knife Survival of Jim Wagner
  2. Philipino Knife Fighting of Frans Stroeven
  3. Military Knife Fighting of Kelly Worden
  4. Systema of Vladimir Vasiliev

The seminar will be given at the Steeneikzoom 3 in Zoetermeer.
The seminar starts at 10:00 hours and ends at 13:00 hours.
The cost for the seminar is € 30,- and for NFK members € 25,-

Seminar "SOS-System" Level 1

On (date will follow) there will be a seminar SOS-System Level 1. The seminar is based on the SOS-System and is meant for everybody who wants to learn how to survive on the streets.
This seminar is also meant for goverment employees, security companies, ambulance personel, train personel, people in the healthcare, that are confronted with aggression (verbal and/or physical).

The seminar consists of:
  • Basic Defense tactics
  • Basic Knife survival
  • Close Combat techniques
  • Scenario training
The seminar will be held in Zoetermeer.
The semiar will start at 10:00 hours and ends at 17:00 hours.
During the seminar you will be offered a simple lunch.
The cost for the seminar is € 75,-
