Somebody bothers you on the street or worse, you get robbed. What is your attitude at that moment? How will you react? What can you do, but most importatn what should you not do?

We give courses, trainingen, and seminars in the field of self-defense, and how to deal with aggression. We use a unique method called the SOS-System.

For whom is the SOS-System?

The SOS-System is for everyone who wants to be able to defend himself/herself in conflict situations or emergencies. Keep in mind that an emergency is a situation where you want to yell SOS. For Example:

people in the healthcare
postmen/postwomen or newspaper delivery people
Store employees
security personel

What do you learn during the training?

The development of confidence and defensibility is central in the training. Our trainers teach participants how to use physical, verbal and mental techniques and methods, so they can better defend themselves. You also practise militancy in threatening situations and to control you remotions during a threatening situation. The training are short and seperate courses.

Which services do we offer?

Beside our SOS-System self-defense courses, we offer individuals and companies training on demand. This way we give everybody the oppertunity to feel secure in any conflict situation.
